Tootsie

I am a wife of 30+ years, mother of two adult children, and a “Tootsie” to five AUHMAZING grandchildren. I am currently still in the stages of writing my first book with Gods grace and mercy as He continues to carry me when I fall. My husband and I live in a place that we bought a few years ago and are finally feeling "settled in" here. While I have always enjoyed writing poems and photography, they have been on the back burner for a couple of years now. I haven't really touched either of them due to working full time but they will now bring me joy once again. I am not a pro at either hobby but I am beginning to blow the dust off of my camera and writing in the notes section on my phone once again. In July of 2022 I had a gastric bypass that literally changed every aspect of my life in more ways than I could've ever imagined. From the inside outward and every emotional roller coaster ride out there. More blogs to come as I feel led to share life with people again. I am finally beginning to feel emotionally ready to get back to my writing and taking those photographs of the simple things in this life that I have always enjoyed capturing, even if not sharing with the world. I am looking forward to my journey ahead as I continually pray and seek Christ for direction moment by moment. Thank you for taking the journey with me.
